Annual Summer Curb Appeal Contest:
We have an annual Curb appeal Contest. This is an opportunity for you to show off the home you purchased at Ramsey Jones Homes. The contest is simple, all you do is send in 2 pictures of your landscaped home and you could be eligible to win up to $1250 if your home is judged as one of the most attractively landscaped homes.

Curb Appeal Prizes:
Everyone providing at least 2 exterior pictures of their home to Ramsey Jones will receive $10. Prizes awared to the top five homes. Prizes are the following:  

1st Prize: $1000

2nd Prize: $500

3rd Prize: $400

4th Prize: $200

5th Prize: $100

Additionally some manufactures contribute prize money for their product line. Best Finish by a Schult Home: $250 - Best Finish by a Fortune Home: $250.

Plus: If your home is in the top 5 it will be featured in the next brochure. Also, It may be featured in a TV ad for Ramsey Jones Homes. No names will be used, just city and state.

Curb Appeal Guidelines and Rules:
Everyone who purchased a Doublewide or Double-sectional from
Ramsey Jones Homes within the last 10 years is eligible. When your yard and landscaping look just right take 2 or 3 pictures from different angles. A "panoramic" camera from a discount store (about $10) take the best pictures to display you're home. The judges seem to like panoramic the best. Ramsey Jones will mail you a release form to be signed & sent in with your pictures. Pictures will become the property of Ramsey Jones Homes. A panel of judges will be selected and their decision will be final. No employee of Ramsey Jones Homes, Inc. may participate. Your check for $10 will be sent through the mail shortly after we receive your pictures.
 
Judging will be based on the following criteria - Degree to which it looks site built. Landscaping (trees, shrubs, decks, fences, ornaments,etc.) and overall attractiveness.
